doTERRA Lifelong Vitality Pack

Welcome to another edition of Dragonfly Tales!  What will we get into today?  Will I divulge any more of my private life?  I don't know!  ha!  I never know until I start to write, then sometimes things just pop out!  Things flow in and out of my mind quickly, if I don't catch them in time, they are gone.  And, I am left to wonder... what was it I was thinking about?  ;)  I think there is a pill for that.  

"They" say the older one gets, the faster time passes.  I have found this to be true in my life.  I find it hard to believe it is nearing the end of March.  My Dad once told me his weeks consist of Monday and Friday.  Some days I feel as though I do nothing, but the week is over before I know it.  I remember a saying I heard many years ago:  "If I had known I was going to live this long, I would have taken better care of myself".  Well, I have stepped up to the plate and have started taking more responsibility towards my physical health.

With this in mind, I talked with my friend Gina.  Gina is a Wellness Coach for doTERRA Essential Oils.  She provided me with a doTERRA Lifelong Vitality Pack at no charge in exchange for my honest review of the product.

I know there has been some debate as to whether taking oral vitamins are beneficial or not, but I have personally had blood work done to check vitamin levels.  I found that I was low on vitamin D.  After taking oral Vitamin D, my blood work now shows that I have a normal range of Vitamin D.  So, I am convinced that taking vitamins orally do work.  I also feel that one should take any vitamin regime for three months before deciding if they are beneficial to them.
