Really Nice Makeup Brush Set in Carrying Case

Hi Ya'll 

How are you doing today?  I am in a bit of a quandary.  I want to live in three different places!  It is hard having loved ones in other states and countries.  Thank goodness for Skype!  But, the longing just to be in the same room as a loved one still remains, huh?

Well, when I do travel to visit loved ones, I can do it with "make up brush style"!  This seven brush set by Xtava is awesome.

I have been using these brushes for about 2 weeks, and have experienced no bristle fall out.  The brushes are soft and the handles are comfortable to hold.  I like the shorter handles, as I feel it gives me more control.

The carrying case these brushes come in is more like soft leather.  It is compact and even has a zippered compartment.

The set includes; a powder brush, foundation brush, kabuki brush, eyebrow definer brush, 2 sizes of eye shadow brushes, and a lip brush.

Although I like all these brushes, the stippling brush is my fave.  I use it to apply my foundation.

I just got back West Virginia last night, where I was able to meet my newborn Granddaughter, and see Trevor.  I also spent some time with my parents.  It was a great day, as I had all 4 of my grandkids together!  Awwww lovely!

How have you been?  We are suppose to get 5-7 inches of snow today, so... hoping that is a miscalculation!

I really like this USB reading lamp, I am using it right now, instead of having the over head light on, because it is still a tiny bit dark in my room.

I keep it plugged into my computer, but it will work on anything that has a USB port.  Awesome!

As one can see this puts out great lighting.  Just plug it in a USB port, one click 1 light, second click 2 lights, third click OFF.

This is quite handy, especially for someone that might want to work or read at night and not bother anyone else be having an overhead light on.

Right now on Amazon, these are less than $8!  I think this is a great price for this light.  Especially considering it is rating for 50,000 hours of use!  That is a bunch of hours!

Aromatherapy is really big in the news now a days.  Our sense of smell is amazing!  If one cannot smell something, their sense of taste is often diminished or gone also.  Weird, huh?

I am one of those that is slow to anger, and over the years, I have learned to choose my battles wisely.  The little nit-picky battles now take up too much valuable energy!  :)  

Minor things do not phase me.....EXCEPT.... for when I am putting on my earrings and drop the back to one of them.  Grrrrrrrrrr....  those little tiny pieces just disappear into the carpet and then you are left to hunt your eye balls out, give up, and resort to borrowing the back to another earring.  Then it becomes a vicious cycle of earring back borrowing!   I thought to myself this morning, (as I was almost saying a bad word grumbling to myself for dropping the earring back) "there oughta be an "app" for this"!  Blahaha!  My son-in-law, Matt makes apps and I think I might have him design a "find your earring back" app!  I will put that on my "to do list".  The m>notes notepad makes it really easy to do!

I really like how this app makes little notebooks.  You can add stickers and download pictures into the notebook.  I think it will be great on vacation to make a note of where the picture was taken, and insert the picture.

I like that when one enters something into the notebook, it does not have to be "saved".  When one is finished with the entry they just close the book and it automatically saves.  Nice!

Floating White Flowers worthy of Monet!

It is another rainy day here in Ohio, USA.  But, we do not let that dampen our spirits!  My Grand-daughter, Haley, is spending the day with me and that makes for a lovely day for me.

These white floating flowers are 6 1/2 inches big and of course resemble those of a lily pond.

They are made from heavy duty material.  There is a little ring on the bottom of them should one wish to weight them down to keep them from floating or if one wished to tie them to a trellis.

These would be great for anyone with a goldfish pond.  I loved my goldfish pond.  I miss it!

I also think these would be cute just to use around the pool area.  
From a distance one would not know these were not real, they are very attractive. Also, they come in other colors.

With summer supposedly approaching, many of us will be considering vacation plans.  Some will explore the areas in their own home towns, while others will travel to far, distant lands.  I know that living in the USA I will encounter the opportunity to use what I have learned with the Pimsleur Spanish Level 1 learning method.

I really didn't think it would be so easy, but the repeating out loud what you hear exercises and the conversation scenarios really make one feel like they are talking with another person while learning the lesson.

Staying Cool is a BREZZA with Ozeri!

Hi and welcome to another edition of wonky Ohio weather, Dragonfly Tales!  Although wonky weather seems to be a better fit!  We were in the high 80's yesterday and now 54 today.  I know it's kinda sad that I talk to ya about the weather.  I mean that's what people do when they have nothing else to say, but..... I do have a point to this and I will get to that in just a sec.  :)

Ya'll know that I am a big advocate for Ozeri products.  I  have reviewed several of their products for you. I use those products in my home, most of them each and every day.  I am really pleased to introduce you to one of their newest products. The 10 inch  Ozeri Brezza III Dual Oscillating Desk Fan.

 Here is where I bring the "wonky weather" part back in  :).  No matter what the temperature is, I have to have a fan blowing directly on me at night.  Yes, yes the stories about me are true.. I'm HOT!  HAAAAA!!!!!    Some of you ladies will know what I'm talking about and some of you have yet to find out, but believe me when I say that one day a fan will be your new best friend. 

What makes this fan so awesome is that it oscillates sideways and up and down!  Or, you can choose not to use the oscillate option.  I keep it fairly close to me so the low speed works great, but it has 4 speeds.  With the highest speed, one could take those hair blowing in the wind selfies  :)  

OH, and did I mention.... IT HAS A REMOTE CONTROL!!!!!  WHEWDEEHOO!  Love it!  Unless one lives alone, getting their hands on a remote is a rare thing indeed.  

It also has a 4 hour timer, which I haven't used yet, but that would be handy for anyone that just wanted the breeze of the fan to lull them to sleep.  Or, if one used it at the office, one would not have to worry about whether they had remembered to turn their fan off or not.  And, with the up and down oscillating option one can stay cool without blowing papers all over their work area.

I know I have directed this review towards the ladies, but I know Dad would love to have one of these out in his workshop.  With Father's Day just a month away, now would be the time to order, and you would get favorite child points because of the remote.  :)

Mud Shampoo? Who Knew?

Oh, what a beautiful morning, Oh, what a beautiful day! I've got a beautiful feeling, everything's going my way!  ;)

Hiya!  Two days ago, I was wearing my winter coat, today it is 80 degrees, yes I live in Ohio. Hi ya'll, it was a balmy 39 degrees in Ohio this morning!
