A Stitch in Time

I hope today finds you well and happy!  I am doing good too!

I have always had a love for sewing.  My Mom and Grandma owned a fabric shop when I was younger.  I made myself a new outfit each week!  I was called the best dressed in school. :)

I have since loved to collect anything to do with sewing.  If I go to a yard sale or auction, I always look for sewing kits.  I have one cigar box that is full of old sewing notions.  I love digging through this and seeing the items the previous owner has saved in her sewing collection.

I was pleased when I was chosen to review this sewing kit by Quick Stitch.  It is a lovely assortment of sewing notions.  It comes in a very sturdy zippered case.

This makes it perfect for being able to take it along wherever one goes.

As you can see everything one would need for sewing is in this convenient case.  Just look at all those thread colors!  

This would make a great gift for college students, a bridal shower, anyone that travels, and well.... just anyone!

Rainbow Bandz Organizer Review

Hi, hi.  Wow, if I had known Spring was only going to last 3 days I would have enjoyed it a little more!  The end of May and it is 46 degrees.  Cray, Cray.. right?  

But, hey we can always make Rainbow Bandz bracelets, and thanks to this handy dandy organization box I am reviewing for you today it makes things sooo much easier! 

 I know from personal experience of my 4 year old Grandson, those little bandz can be found just about anywhere.  So, do yourself a big favor and get the organization box when you get the bands. :)

This is a nice size box with adjustable compartments.  I like that it has two locking mechanisms to keep it securely closed.  It would be good to take in the car so ones children would have an activity to do on longer car trips. 

I feel this box would also be great for many craft items.
