Relief for Painful Hands and Feet with NatraCure

There are just some things that most of us have in common.  

Many have painful, burning feet.  This can be caused by several different factors.  Wearing ill fitting shoes, standing or walking for long periods of time, diabetes, arthritis, neuropathy and the list goes on.

I have trouble with my right foot swelling since I broke my lower leg.

I find these to be comfortable and helpful.  Although the package insert says the gel packs can be used hot or cold,  I do keep mine in the freezer, because I like the cold feeling best.  I keep the gel inserts in the socks and keep them in a freezer bag.  I think keeping them in a freezer bag helps prevent freezer odors, but that's  just me.  :)

On the left I  showed the gel packs removed from the sock.  One can see from the right side that the smaller pack inserts into a pocket on top of the foot, the bigger pack fits in the bottom part of the sock.  

Do not walk while wearing these.  It only makes sense that putting that much pressure on a gel pack could cause it to rupture.

Also, when using these cold, remember the recommended time for frozen gel packs on any area is 20 minutes at a time.



Now, my hands being cold; well that's a different story.  If my hands are cold, I feel miserable.  And my finger joints hurt worse-er  :)

I keep my thermostat low in the winter; my hands get cold.
Before receiving the Arthritis Mittens from NatraCure I would wrap my hands in a heating pad when I went to bed.  That was so not comfortable.
