It is safe and very easy to use. I have sharp kitchen knives again! Whewhoo! Although, I did not try it on these items, the company states it can be used on garden shears and even lawnmower blades.
Now, that's a good deal right there!
If you have a cook in the family, I'm sure they would love to receive this knife sharpener! Because of it's small size, it would make a great stocking stuffer! And, come on.. it's red! Quite attractive really.
